What is Yoga?

It creates harmony, well being & ultimate freedom for those who practice by balancing the whole being: physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional and energetic. Through awareness and discipline, yoga helps practitioners create deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. It empowers yogis to create lives of greater joy, acceptance, and inner peace.

Yoga can be used as complement to traditional counseling or as a holistic approach to healing on its own. The science of yoga combines postures, practices, philosophy, deep breathing, relaxation, & present moment awareness to promote overall health, well being & possible full liberation.
