heart-lightBeneath the public masks we wear every day, we each have a hidden shadow side: an impulsive, wounded, or unwanted part of us that we try to ignore.  (New!) YOGA/SHAMANIC HEALING RETREATS FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS

Journey into Light: An inspiring, intimate, delightful, practical, restorative two-day spring retreat for helping professionals.

April 20-21, 2017    8:30-4:30  MN Landscape Arboretum

We find ourselves in serious times. Healers need strong tools for their work, but they also need to be strong internally in order to do the work. This retreat takes you into that strength.

Spring brings new light: the world is reborn, the earth comes alive again. A new shape is reborn after shedding the previous shape. These images of spring time are recognized worldwide in spiritual traditions.

This two-day retreat combines current scientific research on the topic of “building connection” with ideas and practices from wisdom traditions including Yoga, Buddhism and shamanism (including an opportunity to receive direct shamanic healing). Come to this retreat to learn practical ideas and skills – but also to receive healing and to be re-freshed, re-filled, re-enchanted and nourished in a community of like-minded, like-hearted colleagues.
