“Yoga Chat” for Beginners

What is Yoga? (Is it exercise?  A religion?   A new age thing?)

What benefits does it offer me?

Do you have to be flexible or fit to do yoga?  (I may not be either…)

Will it help me deal with Stress?   Anxiety?   Depression?

Will it improve my overall health and wellbeing?

Yoga seems to be popping up everywhere (in yoga studios, gyms, schools, workplaces, health care facilities, etc.).  If you have ever been curious about yoga and interested in trying it but are still “on the fence” or a little intimidated about entering a traditional yoga studio, here’s a perfect opportunity for you to gently experience yoga and all its personal benefits (including mental and physical health) in a safe environment.

What:  Yoga Chat: Includes 1/2 hr overview of yoga and its positive affects plus a FREE 45 Min. Beginner’s Gentle Relaxation Yoga Class
